My first design was the bull i made two different versions one with the word birmingham written inside the bull and the other with the bull inside the word. I decided to design another logo that was completly different to my first one. i think this one is much better than the original design it is however a bit hard to read if u dont no what it says but i think its much more effective and better designed.

i tried my new design in different colours. i think this logo works well in most colours not just the colours it was originally made in, this is one factor that i think is important for a succesfull logo.
